Who can exhale or inhale if this Bliss did not dwell in the depth of the heart?

— Taittiriya Upanishad II:7

The Source of All Delight ----------- Bliss

Think that Bliss pervades the atmosphere around you, that the air you breathe is pure, sweet, and serene. Think that your entire ---body, mind, the organs and the senses----are permeated by that Bliss. You feel soothed and refreshed. Your body is poised; your mind is calm. You experience an ineffable peace and joy arising from within.
Pure Bliss is manifest within us as the very Self. So the Self is the dearest of all. We love everything else for the sake of the Self. The Self being reflected in the body, makes the body dear.
