There is nothing to practice. To know yourself, be yourself. To be yourself, stop imagining yourself to be this or that. Just be. Let your true nature emerge. Don't disturb your mind with seeking.

WISDOM DOES NOT DAWN ON ITS OWN.

Santthosh
TO KNOW SELF THE PHYSICAL OR EGO BASED PRACTICE IS NOT NEEDED BUT A MENTAL EFFORT THROUGH WELL DIRECTED INQUIRY AND REASONING ON THE TRUE BASE IS VERY MUCH ESSENTIAL.
UNLESS ONE KNOWS WHAT IS THE TRUE SELF THEN ONLY IT POSSIBLE TO BE THE SELF. BY STOP IMAGINING THIS AND THAT THE WISDOM DOES NOT DAWN. ONE HAS TO KNOW WHAT IS THE TRUE SELF? WHAT IS MIND? THEN ONLY THE TRUTH WILL START UNFOLDING.
FORMLESS SPIRITUALITY IS THE ONLY TOOL TO UNFOLD THE MYSTERY OF THE MIND OR HUMAN EXPERIENCE.
