THERE ARE 10 PRANAS IN THE BOOKS OF YOGA DARSHANAS.AMONG THEM 5 ARE VERY IMPORTANT.AMONG THESE 5 ONE IS MOST IMPORTANT AND THAT IS CALLED "PRAANHA".IT IS VITAL FORCE TO MAKE THE LIFE EXIST,OTHERWISE NO LIFE.
BUT HERE IS STATED NAVAL AIR; SO, I DESIRE TO MENTION IT AS PER VIPASHANA----AANAA,PAANA.IN VIPASHYANA SADHANA AT THE FIRST TIME WHEN SADHANA COMMENCES, AIR IS CONCENTRATED AT THE PLACE OF NAVAL AND SENSATIONS ARE FELT AT THIS SPOT.FEELING OF THE SENSATIONS ALONG-WITH AIR AT NAVAL SPOT IS CALLED AANAA PAANA AND LATER ON THIS AANAA PAANA LEADS TO INNER JOURNEY OF SPIRITALITY IN THE WHOLE BODY .
