His training in both these disciplines has helped him to express the age-old mystical teachings in day-to-day language.

His latest books, Inner and Outer Peace through Meditation and Empowering Your Soul Through Meditation were recently re-released by M/s Element Books.

His message of unity, peace, and love for all humanity has been acclaimed by enlightened leaders around the globe. Recognizing the transcendent oneness at the heart of all religions, he emphasizes prayer and meditation as the true building blocks for achieving peace

Meditation is a process by which one comes in contact with the Light and Sound already within oneself. The current of Light and Sound reverberates in all creation and is within us. By meditating on this current, one can transcend physical body-consciousness and journey to explore inner spiritual regions. With the help and guidance of a spiritual Master, this journey ultimately culminates in merger of our soul with the Divine within us.

In the Times of India, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj states, “Human beings are blessed with a special faculty to gain spiritual knowledge. That opportunity is offered to every human being but few make use of it. One needs to meditate to make full use of the gift.” (Excerpted from “Give Thanks: It’s Part of Spiritual Evolvement,” Times of India: The Best of Speaking Tree. Volume 4. (New Delhi, India: 2007: 139-140.)
Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj teaches a meditation consisting of two practices: meditation on the inner Light called simran practice, and meditation on the inner Sound called bhajan practice. In the meditation on the inner Light, practitioners focus their attention at a point between and behind the eyebrows to experience the inner Light. The second practice of meditation on the inner Sound, meditators focus on the inner Sound. These practices give one a way to perform the scientific experiment to discover through firsthand inner experience spiritual consciousness and transcendence to see for one’s self what spiritual treasures lie within us.

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj also teaches an introductory technique, called Jyoti Meditation (“Jyoti” means “light”), which helps one experience peace, calm, and happiness.

Speaking about this meditation practice, Mary Nurrie Stearns (Editor, “Personal Transformation” Magazine), writes:

“Meditation empowers us in two spiritual arenas. First, it leads us to inner peace and fulfillment. Second, meditation allows us to use our talents and skills to make the world a better place to live. Rajinder Singh elaborates on these ideas beautifully. He says that by mastering meditation, we not only attain personal fulfillment, we become an instrument for bringing peace and joy to those around us.”

uniting the soul(radha ) with God(soami)

The ultimate aim of the life(manav janam)is to unite the soul with the God.
And this can be achieved only as we connect within with the light and sound in which the supreme power manifests itself inside each human being

Motto of life

In life each one has one's own mottoes and after the achievement of one motto or more than one mottoes simultaneously, person struggles for other mottoes and hence goes further more.
In-spite of these mottoes there is a supreme motto which is Nirvana, Salvation which happened through the following path of self-realization; therefore, we may also speak that self-realization is the main goal.
