may god give us all, the strength, wisdom and the fire to know and to be the real self !!!

i was just thinking of today's scenario...
why do the religions and sects seem intersecting or fighting with each other..?

when in reality...

- they are all supposed to be for up-liftment of human being,
- they are all supposed to be leading us to the supreme
- they are all supposed to be converging on one point of bigger reality,

...
considering any no. of ways leading to one destination, how can they be antagonist to each other...?

I BELIEVE THAT ALL THE RELIGIONS OF WORLD, IN THEIR PUREST FORM ARE EXACTLY SAME AND WHAT EVER SEEMS SPLAYING IS JUST THE MIS-INTERPRETATION..

That's what a bunch of people tends to do

Because a religion is just a religion, a bunch of people with a doctrine about reality. The doctrine may be true or not, but at the end of the day it is a bunch of people.

And bunch of people tend to fight with other bunches of people. This urge to fight other groups is coded in their programming out of survival purposes.

reason of religion is lost...

so true..
its the people..

sole and soul purpose of all the religions of world is to take humanity towards the divinity..that is away from the inherent and genetically programmed survival instincts..

.. just too bad that doctor for humanity, 'the religion' has fallen prey to the very disease which it was suppose to cure...

None of the religion is at

None of the religion is at fault, it's the bunch of people quest for power and domination that is. They just want solidarity in diversity, feeling that their group is better than others. What be is unity in diversity, I mean that why higher learning institutions are called university, not soliversity. Lol

Based on my knowledge...

Intresting question my brother..Im very keen to answer your question..
First we have to understand the concept of "GOD AND GEOGRAPHY"..and we talk about the three main monotheistic religion of the world, Judaism,Christianity and Islam. Judaism originated about 4,000 years ago, and Christianity emerged from within Judaism 2,000 years ago. Islam was born in western Arabia about 1300 years ago.
God sent His messenger with the language of that people so they can clearly understand..In Arabian Peninsular He sent prophet muhammad (PBUH), there came Islamic religion and in Levant region He sent numerous messenger, there came Judaism and Jesus (PBUH), there came Christian religion.
The Holy Quran makes the following general statement about this in chapter 14 verses 4.
“We sent not a messenger except (to teach) in the language of his (own) people, in order to make (things) clear to them. Now Allah leaves straying those whom He pleases and guides whom He pleases: and He is Exalted in power, full of Wisdom”.
Although there numerous messenger from god ,Almighty god intention is for showing the way of salvation for every human being but people misunderstood that Almighty God is always been tied in particular territory and they failed to realize and practice the truth that God is not only the national god but god for all nation. But There they create an religion for the good purpose ultimate motive will be found to be the same with all “ the removal of pain and the attainment of Bliss”…But nowadays its became fanaticism, bigotry. ..THIS IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF RELIGIONS AND SECTS SEEM INTERSECTING OR FIGHTING WITH EACH OTHER..
For them their religion the only way to salvation but they forgot that we are “For in the image of God made He man”. For Him we all are His children..
I will tell you a little story that I red from Swami Vivekananda Speech In Chicago..
A frog lived in a well. It had lived there for a long time. It was born there and brought up there, and yet was a little, small frog. Of course the evolutionists were not there then to tell us
whether the frog lost its eyes or not, but, for our story's sake, we must take it for granted that
it had its eyes, and that it every day cleansed the water of all the worms and bacilli that lived
in it with an energy that would do credit to our modern bacteriologists. In this way it went on
and became a little sleek and fat. Well, one day another frog that lived in the sea came and fell into the well.
"Where are you from?"
"I am from the sea."
"The sea! How big is that? Is it as big as my well?" and he took a leap from one side of the well to the other.
"My friend," said the frog of the sea, "how do you compare the sea with your little well?"
Then the frog took another leap and asked, "Is your sea so big?"
"What nonsense you speak, to compare the sea with your well!"
"Well, then," said the frog of the well, "nothing can be bigger than my well; there can be nothing bigger than this; this fellow is a liar, so turn him out."
That has been the difficulty all the while.
