Third eye versus heart focus in meditation

I am currently doing meditation with focus on the third eye area, but recently have discovered that there are awakened teachers that say this only creates problems and one should focus on the heart area in meditation and not the head. Does anyone have any further understanding on this matter

Head vs Heart

All techniques are useful up to a point. What happens when you do one technique for a long time? Can it cause an imbalance? Meditation techniques are tools to help you evolve. A critical assessment of where you're at is needed. Do you have the tools to get the job done?

Rephrasing the question, are you better off residing in the
head or the heart, emphasis on residing. Meditation will move your center temporarily and if you do it enough you might come to rest somewhere else. Residing in the heart is best, but that doesn't mean that you don't go to the head.

Having responsibilities requires that we live in the world with others. Where do you and the world intersect best?

If you find anything let me know...

...otherwise I'll continue doing it. It's fun for me. Feels good. Love that DMT drip from the pineal gland.

Seriously, what sort of "Problems" exactly are created? Can you be more specific?

"awakened"????

In a practical and useful sense, what exactly is that?

Technique

A description of the technique would be helpful. Is the problem manifesting or is it anticipated.

focus on centre point, between the eye brow

focusing the fore is important one, once u practice for the first time touch ur fingure to identify the point. after well practised u can easily identify the area, you can focusing the point while u can talk or walking , or reading, or watching or hearing a song.

Meditation.

One must have a Guru. If the Guru is very popular, it is difficult to be in personal contact.
However it is said that the Guru is always in search of suitable disciple.
One can pray to Krishna or goddess or someone of religion to get your Guru.
Always remember Guru before doing anything and it will save you from many troubles.
