Are Satan and Shiva same?
If not,why do so many people believe they are the same?
If they are same, why not only Shiva, where did Satan came from?
And why is Satan called devil? Why does he have horns?

Satan is considered to be the creator of humanity but according to Hindu mythology Brahma created, but since he is busy now so the human matters are all handled by Shiva. Please throw some light on this one.

Because Satan(Time)is nagitive power, and Shiva(Gabriel)is the power created by Satan.

no logic , no meaning

your comment is baseless, misleading and i would like to add completely meaningless.

Time is never ending and finite at the same time. Time is neither good nor evil, it is the basic nature of the universe. Calling time negative? prove it

Time is like: (------------------ No Time ----------------------)

Time + Man is like: (-----Passed time-------MAN--------my future-----)

This creates Worries and Troubles, That's why it is nagitive.

true, you are are in a manner of speaking

Thank you for your reply, In a way you are correct when we end up thinking about the future, most of the time it brings us nothing but worry due to its ambiguous nature.

Yet the choices we make today makes our future, but there are also factors that are beyond our control.

There is a way to get rid of the need to think about the future. When ever you feel Anxiety, just close your eyes and sit down. Breath deep, and just say the word Om. It will take away all your anxieties.

I hope it helps.

These are just useless concepts

Satan and Shiva are concepts. Labels. They are not the things themselves. Why then do you bother about their significance?

Being just concepts, different people attribute different meanings to them. Consequently according to one version of meanings, they can be the same, and according to other set of meanings, they can be different.

These are two insignificant concepts from the legends, they are nice as figures in stories. Leave the aside and leave aside also the mind that loves so much to entangle in such useless complexities. Leave all this conceptual nonsense aside and meditate, go beyond the mind.

unbelievable question

Before asking a question like this, please so a bit more study.

Shiva is pure knowledge, he is the ultimate yogi and the one who destroys the demon of Ignorance.

What happens when ignorance is destroyed? Only knowledge is left.

Shakti is the wife of Shiva, she follows him every where. i.e Power comes with knowledge, but one should never actively seek power, instead one should seek knowledge.

Please do more research before asking painfully silly questions.

Verbal violence seems to me more painfully silly

I think that what is painfully silly and sad is the way you select to address others which clearly has nothing to do with the aim of helping them but more has to do with your internal issues.

Who are you to instruct this fellow in such a patronizing fashion what to do or not? If you don't like what he wrote, no body forced you to read it. Additionally, I suspect that out of your vanity you haven't grasped some possible aspects of his question.

If there is something that is not spiritual, this is this something. Knowledge is nothing, just a game of the mind. You have a long way to go - Start by developing awareness of yourself, processing your anger and animosity towards others.

When u have a question you read, and research

I have no internal issues, but it is annoying to compare some thing that stands for Good and trying to turn it into evil.

With the lack of awareness of many people, Good things become very twisted. How swastika was meant for prosperity, but Hitler twisted it meaning completely.

Hence my point clearly was to learn every thing about both Satan and Shiva, before actually try to pass off Shiva as Satan.

If i start comparing Jesus with Satan, i doubt many Christians would be happy about it either. Which i have not, because i know that Jesus is the symbol of hope and God himself.

My bottom line was: God is pure knowledge and truth

If u seek god, you must seek knowledge.

they are the same

The Almighty God created the universe. All the other powers are all Satanic, that is, evil and anti-God. Brahma and Shiva are Satanic. Satan instigated man to sin against God, thus incurring his anger. Man was doomed to die, as that was the result of sin. But the Almighty God sent his son, Jesus Christ to die for our sins and to give us new life if we believed in him. Those who believe and follow this are called Christians. But this is not only for Christians. Whoever believes that Christ died for their sins are privileged to become the children of God. So become one today and get eternal life.

Shiva and Satan

I have been reading a lot about Satanism and this is what I have gathered

Satanism has its roots in India. The root word "Sat" means Truth in Sanskrit. Satanist believe in spiritually empowering the humans through self development. References to Shakti, Shiva can be found. Unlike popular belief Satan is not believed to be evil by his followers. He is believed to be a real and a loving being and the controller of demons (who are not evil either).

Shiva also means truth and he is the Bhooteshwar, samast bhoot pishachon ka swami, the mahayogi!

Though it is difficult to conclude something, I can definitely find a connection!

Even the Devil's trident resembles Mahadeva's trishul

Check the below links

God Bless!

Incomplete knowledge - more dangerous

Incomplete knowledge is more dangerous than anything and that is what these ignorant are spreading here.
There is no satan or devil in the world, if there is a satan or devil who exists than god by definition is not all powerful.
God exists, but god is not a white or black man or brown man.
God can manifest in multiple forms male, female or even non-human.
Jesus, krishna, ram, shiva are such manifestation.
Jesus, krishna, shiva teach love, not hatred.
Nor they considered world as evil.
Why there is suffering in world if there is no evil?
Its plain igorance.
No knowledge of yoga, meditation, bhakti,
lack of love in heart and ulterior
Motive and propoganda mindset of spreading
Fake religions on the peoples mind instead of prayer from heart for god,
Instead of yogic knowledge or just pure devotion, replaced with cry babies and profit makers, who dont love god,
But love fighting in the name of god is ignorance.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
