Knowledge and wisdom are only terms, not so well defined ones, and so different people seem to have different meanings attached to these terms, including in the spiritual world. So the first step is to set a common meaning for the sake of a meaningful discussion, otherwise it's just leaves flying in the wind.
So if knowledge is taken as the result of analytic and/or experiential learning process of the mind and if wisdom is taken as a mysterious and sudden insightful understanding which we see that was not originated by the conscious mind (where it was originated is just a speculation, it can be the cosmos, God, the subconscious mind, the collective mind...) then the answer is evidently yes, we know that that's what happening in our own experience - when we remember to stop asking why, when we remember to not analyze, when we empty our mind, when we remain silent, wisdom shows up.

The ones you present are the Advaita ones, I personally prefer not to use them as they lead you to be constrained in a certain limited dogma which is yet another religion.
