UNTIL ONE CONQUERS THE MIND, THERE WON’T BE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMON MAN AND A YOGI. All temptations and weaknesses of an ordinary person are found equally in Yogi. He cannot feel the richness of Silence, the unknown treasures of meditation. IN THE BEGINNING ONE MAY CONCENTRATE ON AN OBJECT OR THOUGHT OR MANTRA. As he progresses nothing will remain. He will be left blank. Even one minute transcendental state will give a rich experience in spiritual field. As we continue meditation, the frequency of experiences will increase. Our mind becomes free and clear. One-hour meditation is enough for an ordinary person to keep him steady in yoga line. The outlook of life is totally changed.

RENUNCIATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO FAMILY PEOPLE. It is not advisable even if it is the quality of sannyasis. A common man can conquer love and hatred, likes and dislikes and become a Yogi. IF WE HATE SOMEBODY OR DISLIKE A THING, IT MEANS WE ARE DISTURBED MENTALLY. THAT MENTAL DISTURBANCE WILL SURELY AFFECT OUR BODY AND MIND. SO, unless and until we conquer seriousness we can’t progress spiritually. We cannot divert our attention towards Truth. RENUNCIATION MEANS TO COME TO A STATE OF NO DISTURBANCE, A STAGE NOT TO BE TAMPERED BY EMOTIONS.

We should start yoga with no desires, with no high expectations, for no profits. We should not entertain tensions. Then only we can achieve peace of mind, we can give chance for subtle developments. REGULAR MEDITATION IS A MUST. Then emotions do not disturb us. Naturally meditation leads to TRANCE. We can transcend the physical and mental barriers. When the physical body accommodated a steady posture the mind will come to rest. It refuses to think and waver. It naturally leads to a state of SAMADHI. We become a part of DHYANA by merging with DHYANA.

PERFECTION IN YOGA IS CALLED SIDDHI. TO ATTAIN SIDDHI, ONE NEED NOT BE MIND FUL. TJOUGHTLESS STATE TOMIND IS REQUIRED. ONE SHOULD HAVE GUTS TO TRAVELIN VACUUM. WILL SHOULD ULTIMATELY BECOME NO-WILL. Accordingly our actions change. Our fate also changes when there is no will. THEN DEVELOPS INTUTION. THEN STARTS INNER FUSION.
- By controlling will, our power improves and becomes our Will Power.
- We can gain control over our physical actions.
- We begin to lose possessive attitude.
- When we don’t desire anything for our own, we are fulfilled. No enimity remains.
- We are ready to enjoy the results of our foregone lives and we get ready by Yoga to dissolve them even.
- We can develop tolerance and forgiveness.
- We shall have complete faith and confidence.
- We can collect all our internal energies to support our progress.

All these help a Yogi to accelerate progress in his spiritual line. They will cleanse the mind and the surrounding atmosphere. The pleasant atmosphere results wonderful results. As the power of Yoga increases our mental disturbances subside, physical agitations come to an end. That shows our progress and inner development. We feel no tensions. The sadhaka becomes a Truth Searcher. He will find divine light in his heart’s core. He will see a burning Jyothi in his Agna Centre. That will be cool and passive in nature. He will find thousand Suns illuminate brightness from Sahasrahara.

THEN HE BECOMES FIT TO BE CALLED A PERFECT YOGI.

...And it is not necessary for one to leave his family and home.
It helps;A Gurus blessings can help him overcome his difficulties easily.

Each moment he suffers pain and happiness he keeps developing his inner self to a higher level of enlightenment.
