Someone very amazing and outstanding once asked me: "Who are you?". Obviously this question made me think and lead me to the question "Who am I". In the spiritual quest for Enlightenment we all reach a point where Ramana Maharshi crosses our live with the simplest question "Who am I" and there is simply no answer that the mind can understand for that question, so what can we do? nothing, otherwise something will be made, and that, from my experience, leads one to misery and frustration, or enlightenment perhaps. Who knows? But what i would like to poit out is that it is possible to know who you are (at least with beautiful words and mental understanding) as follows:

Ask yourself these 5 questions:

- Are you the body?
- Are you the mind?
- Are you your emotions?
- Are you the one who dreams?
- Who is observing?

Now follow the 5 simple steps:

1 - Ask yourself those 5 question and any other ones that might tell you who you are.
2 - Answer those questions from your heart and from a non-judgemental space.
3 - Meditate upon your answers.
4 - Find out who you are, Now!
5 - Take 10 deep breaths, and start over again.

Be compassionate towards yourself by taking the courage to do this exercise as often as you can and i'm sure one day you'll find the answer. And i believe that that answer will not come from an intelectual space, it will come from a space where wisdom goes beyond words and thoughts.

Thank you for reading this post to the end.

Love, Theriaca
