To know what is truth? and what is not the truth? has to be decided only when one is fully aware of the fact that 'I' is not the self, but 'I' is the mind.Person and his experince of the world together is mind.

All individual experiences, which one thinks as real is happenings within the mind. The person is not the author of the mind. Because, the person and his experince of the world, are within the 'I', that is mind. Thus one cannot pass the judgment as a person, because he is not the author of the experince of duality or mind. Thus it is very much essential to know the real author of the mind to unfold the mystery of the mind or duality

The non dual spirit is the author of experince of duality or mind. Thus it is erroneous to take authorship as a person, and viewing and judging the truth as a person and passing the judgment as truth and untruth is incorrect. Thus finding and realizing the true self is not 'I' but the substence and witness of the 'I' which is formless and non dual spirit is the true self, is very much essential to know what is truth and what is not truth.

If the mind exists only duality exists. If there is no mind, there is no duality. If there is no duality, it is the natural state, of the self. Thus in natural state, there is neither the person, nor the world exists. It is only the true self, which is spirit that prevails in the its formless non dual natural state.

Only through wisdom, the seeking mind enters the natural state, in the midst of the experince of duality, being fully aware of the fact that Waking is as real as dream. Thus even in the midst of the experince of diversity the mind is fully aware the whole experince of diversity is created out on non dual spirit.Knowing the everything is spirit, nothing but spirit is wisdom.

Wisdom cannot be got from physical practice but through mantle effort by inquiry, analysis and reasoning on the true base.
