The very absence of Waking and dream[mind] gives the sense of everlasting peace, which everyone unconsciously experince it, as deep sleep. Therefore the experince of duality is the cause of the birth, life and death, pleasure and pain. The non duality is like a deep sleep experince. Therefore consciously experiencing the non dual experince in the midst of experince of duality, by realizing the true fact, that the experince of duality is an object to the formless subject.

To overcome the burden and bondage of duality one has to become aware of the fact, that the burden and bondage is not on the physical entity, but on the formless subject.

And that formless subject is the true self.Without realizing the formless subject is the true self, it is impossible to overcome the illusory duality which everyone experiences as reality.

The realization comes only when one becomes aware of the fact that the experince of duality is an illusory parasite on the formless self. Therefore it is necessary to know the true self to know and realize the true self is formless ever independent and pervades the whole experince of duality as its invisible substence, and it is ever apart from it, as its invisible witness. It is apart because it is not and entity or identity within the experince of duality or mind[I].

The word 'illusory'

Illusory is only a word. If form is illusory parasite, then only one thing can make it so: The mind. Thus the mind is really the parasite, not directly form. Just looking at a brick isn't a parasite on the Self, but thoughts about it.

"As to my mind, there is no such thing. There is consciousness in which everything happens."

"Not only am I dead to my body, but to my mind too."

"Of course I am conscious, and fully aware of it. I am not a block of wood! Compare consciousness and its content to a cloud. You are inside the cloud, while I look at. You are lost in it, hardly able to see the tips of your fingers, while I see the cloud and many other clouds and the blue sky too and the sun, the moon, the stars. Reality is one for both of us, but for you it is a prison and for me it is a home."
