SIDDHA KALYAN SADHANA
(SWAMI HARDAS LIFE SYSTEM)

Siddha Kalyan Sadhana is a creation of Dr Swami Hardas, who wrote two poems or prayers in his life, one among them is ‘Siddha Kalyan Sadhana’, which is not only poem or Sadhana but it is quite different from the other poems or prayers. This is the only such prayer in the world, which can be recited by any person irrespective of religion, caste, creed, faith, status, sex or age without following any binding and still gives numerous benefits including spiritual ‘Ananda’. The other one is ‘Siddha Prarthana’ (Siddha Prayer), which can be recited by the believers of Indian Culture.

This ‘Siddha Kalyan Sadhana’ is quite effective and favorable for all. There are many benefits of this ‘Sadhana’. It should be recited at least twice in a day with the pronunciation of Hindi, daily with introspection (‘Aatmaparikshan’) in the evening and with by repeating good wishes (‘Satwik Manokamna’) three times in the evening in between and at last when it is completed. It benefits more if recited regularly in a group e.g. with family members, schools, institutions, organizations, public gatherings, programs etc. The procedure of reciting is mentioned as follows: -

Preparing for Siddha Kalyan Sadhana: Sit or stand erect, body should not have any tension, close eyes, start deep breathing, say ‘Si’ while inhaling (breathing in) and ‘ddha’ while exhaling (breathing out). This way the ‘Siddha’ word will be completed, which should be said in mind thrice.

Manaspooja and Surrendering: Whichever God or favorable power you believe, bring live image in the mind, perform worship the way you do, surrender and imagine God is blessing you. Say following Sankalp 3 times, “Siddha Swami give me Siddha Energy so that the world and all in the world should become Satvaguni. The use of Rajoguna and Tamoguna should be for co-ordination, balancing and ability of all”. Wait for ½ minute and recite following Siddha Kalyan Sadhana repeating each line three times: -

Main Apaki Sharan Me Aaya Hun
Aap Meree Raksha Keejiye
Aap Mera Kalyan Keejiye
Aap Sabka Kalyan Keejiye
Main Apaki Sharan Me Aaya Hun

Vyadhigraston Ka Vyadhi Niwaran
Deen Dukhiyon Ka Dhukh Niwaran
Muzase Niswarth Bhav Se Karvaiye
Jisase Sabko Aarogya, Shanti Mile
Main Apaki Sharan Me Aaya Hun
Muzase Aise Sat karma Karvaiye, Jisase Muze Aur Sabko, Aarogya, Shanti Mile, Sabka Utkarsh Ho!

Again say following Sankalp 3 times, “Siddha Swami give me Siddha Energy so that the world and all in the world should become Satvaguni. The use of Rajoguna and Tamoguna should be for co-ordination, balancing and ability of all”.

Aatmaparikshan (Introspection): Before opening eyes, introspect for 02 minutes and ask some of the questions to yourself e.g. “what kind of selfless services are contributed for achieving / giving health, peace and progress to self and others?”, “what are my duties towards this unique and precious Siddha Energy?” Try to find out answers and slowly open the eyes.
