Reason for Impeachment!

The "Declaration of Independence" ...
[We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. ... states "all man ... are endowed ... with certain unalienable Rights, ... Governments are instituted ... deriving their just Powers from the consent of the governed, ... it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness". That does not give the government the rights being instituted by George W. Bush under the dictate of the Skulls and Crossbones (S&C), but it decrees "We the People" have the right to "abolish or alter" any government not taking into account justice for "the people".

What George W. Bush has done is taken all citizen's rights from the people and given them to the S&C. The people no longer have the rights the U. S. Constitution nor god endowed us with, as a matter of fact, Hans v. Louisiana, 134 U. S. 1 (1890) took away the citizen's rights giving "Bush and Company" means of granting the S&C the right to take over the nation of the United States of America, and in doing so, become world dictators. The U. S. Constitution's Article III, section 3...
[Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.]
...tells us the U. S. Supreme Court and "Bush and Company" are committing "Treason" by adhearing to the S&C rather than "justice for the people", an impeachable offence according to Article 2 section 4. [The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.] It futher states that all S&C in any "Civil Office of the United States" are committing Treason. Therefore, it is the "DUTY" of all Congressman not S&C to impeach all S&C from the Unnited States Government as the Constitution requires.

Therefore I am asking those Congressman not S&C to please iniciate impeachment proceedings against every S&C in the United States' government for the implimenting the outlined plan I have. In so doing "the People of the United States" will be able to recoup the losses incured under the S&C' for the 118 years the Hans v. Louisiana, 134 U. S. 1 (1890) decision became "the illegal law" of The United States of America.
