Worship is two-fold – External & Internal. Only after reaching the brim of the external worship one starts internal worship. This internal worship starts from Heart-Centre. We leave the Mooladhara, Swadthisthana and Manipooraka in the back. Those three are considered to be physical centers. They are connected with worldly pleasures, riches and pastimes. The real worship starts from the heart centre that is Anahata. There our worship transforms into prayer. It starts inwards. It travels in Silence. If we start worship from the heart centre, our ties with the physical world loosen with little effort. A sort of detachment enters in. Our concept regards the supreme changes. We can find our way independently. Very easily we get detached from tradition and the past. That will be our total independence. That will be our direct line. That will be the straight path to reach the goal.

Our worship will be double-edged before it merges in prayer. Here, our experience will be doubly sharp.
One Para Sakthi. Generally worldly wise men prefer to meditate on Sakthi.
Only a few can tread the path that leads to Brahmam. They have to pass through nothingness, in utter darkness, in a pathless way.
In VISUDDHI centre the first type of people enjoy the pleasure of being in the presence of Divine Mother.
The second type of Sadhakas feels themselves immersing in the ocean of ecstasy.
In the AGNA centre both of them enjoy the bliss of their Self. That knowing of the Self renders SELF-KNOWLEDGE abundantly. That is exactly the first stage in Samadhi.
The first group enjoys the presence of Divine Mother; the other group merges in Brahmam. That is perfection. That is the ultimate reach.

There are various schools of thought regarding meditation. A section believes in concentration, another in contemplation, the third one believes in pure meditation.
In reality all the three should go hand in hand, should happen automatically. YOGA MUST BE AUTONOMOUS. It is an individuals no effort work. If one is prayerful, everything happens on its own accord. Then only the required principle works out in ANAHATA as well in SAHASRAHARA centres. Concentration, Contemplation and meditation should be done on these two centres only. As we dip deep in the heart’s vacuum, flowering takes place. The doors to the heart chambers open and invite the aspirant to enter in, with no weights on his head. The Sadhaka should be filled with love, compassion and Kindness. One should cleanse himself first. Then only the heart takes charge of his spiritual upliftment.

In SAHASRAHARA, Shiva & Sakthi Unite. That is the masculine and feminine energies uniting. The Kundalini fire in Mooladhara shoots up to Sahasrahara. It is not possible by any external worship or deity worship. Only in silent meditation the mind comes to stand still. We can enter into Vacuum state. There we taste Higher Consciousness. We feel everything. It is through the language of feeling we receive messages from the unknown. They are Truth Coated. We must get ready to feel the divine. Once we cross the mind’s zone no thoughts will distract us.

To cool down the mind is the first step in YOGA. Once we set in prayer it will lead sadhaka to enlightenment. In the beginning of Sadhana, every one faces some trails, come across some hurdles. Sensuousness increases. SEXUAL DESIRE BECOMES UNCONTROLLABLE. UNLESS ONE GAINS CONTROL OVER THE SEXUAL DESIRES HE CANNOT REACH THE SECOND STEP. MANY PEOPLE DISQUALIFY THEMSELVES IN THE FIRST STEP. They cannot go further. FOR A YEAR OR TWO THESE PRIMARY ENERGY CIRCLES ROUND SWADHISTANA AND WILL HAVE TREMENDOUS IMPACT ON THE SADHAKA. Sensuous women gather round those spiritualists and rich people too help their declination. Even in Meditation divine Damsels, apsaras and others tempt the Sadhaka. This tests seems to be inevitable for men and women. Here one should be sterile and celibate.

NOW THE DIMENSION OF YOGA IS CHANGES, ITS DIRECTION IS CHANGED. In the past people did Yoga for their personal benefits. Today YOGA is meant for world welfare and evolution. Nobody now does yoga for Moksha. EVEN IF HE DOES, HE CAN’T ATTAIN MOKSHA. FOR THERE IS NOTHING LIKE HEAVEN OR MOKSHA. ULTIMATELY MAN’S SOUL EITHER DISSOLVES IN THE INFINITE OR TAKES BIRTH AGAIN. SO, DEATHLESSNESS TO THE SOUL OR PHYSICALIMMORTALITY BECOMES THE AIM AND OBJECT OF YOGA. NO GOD WILL PRESENT BEFORE US AND BESTOW BOONS. NO GOD DARE ENTER YOGA ARENA. NO RELIGION WILL ENTER IN THEFIELD OF YOGA. CASTE, CREED OR BREED IS NO BAR. Man needs Yoga as much as he needs a body and mind. That means MAN NEEDS ATMIC CONSCIOUSNESS, HIGHER AWAKENING. THESE CAN BE EARNED BY YOGA. BY YOGA ONLY.
Some may question out of innocence or ignorance –
- Shall I become Rich?
- Shall I get a descent job?
- Will yoga cure my disease?

Ordinary persons pose such questions. IF PROPERLY DONE, YOGA WILL GIVE EVEN MORE. WE SHALL HAVE PEACE OF MIND, GOOD HEALTH. We can create pleasant atmosphere. Our relation with others will be filled with love. We can as well keep moral values. A dignified life will be at an arms distance. It means, having a wonderful, pleasant worldly life we present ourselves at the threshold of divine life.

We have different options about Guru. Mantra and Initiation. Most of us are of opinion that a Guru and his Initiation is a must for Yoga. No doubt tradition demands the presence of a Guru and proper Initiation. But there are number of great spiritualists who attained self-realization on their own accord. Without a Guru and Initiation they have become World Masters. They did not follow any tradition. Yet they could attain. They must be saints in their previous life and now continue their penance with that spiritual culture. They may not have a Physical Guru in this life, but they are said to be already in the line.
