I came across thousands of Yoga Sadhakas, who did not register any progress, in spite of years of practice. Yet they keep faith in Yoga. Their devotion to Master never failed. They report that they never had spiritual experiences or any mystic happening. There is no dearth of enthusiasm in them. I feel it is not a bad symptom. The yoga working might have been confined to their Inner. It does not expose outside….No necessity, No opportunity.

If a Sadhaka (practioner) is Self contained, it is OK.
If he is selfish, it will be so.
HOWEVER GREAT UR PRACTICE MIGHT BE, IF U HAVE NO MIND TO HELP OTHERS, IT WILL NOT COME OUT.
In some cases it may be, it may due to lack of guidance. The Guru, who takes charge of guiding others should be perfect and should have full confidence in his work. He must be sincere and serious. He should ascertain his position in Yoga.
EVEN AFTER ATTAINING PERFECTION, ONE SHOULD NOT SHOW INTEREST TO LEAD OTHERS. EVEN EDUACTIONG OTHERS IS NOT EASY.
YOGA TEACHING IS NOT A CLASS ROOM WORK.
THE SPIRITUAL EDUACTION IS NOT CONFINED TO BOOKS AND QUOTATIONS. IT IS CONCERNED WITH HEART. IT IS CONNECTED WITH PRACTICE. IT COMES OUT OF EXPERIENCE.
YOUR HEART SHOULD SPEAK, NOT UR MIND OR MEMORY. IT SHOULD BE AN UNSPOKEN DIALOGUE. IT SHOULD NOT THE LANGUAGE THAT CARRIES THE MESSAGE.
IT IS HEART THAT SPEAKS TO HEART.
The Guru must be able to inspire by his pious, smoothened behaviour. He must be able to awake the Inner conscience. Such Gurus can speak truth. When you don’t find such a Guru your progress will be hampered. I don’t blame the disciples. The disciples are always enthusiastic. In the beginning they are clean. If they are not satisfied with the Guru, they become dispirited and finally become desperate. I advice all Yoga sadhakas not to run for Guru-ship. Be a good Disciple. Remain a good Sadhaka. That’s enough.

Some people do prayer very regularly. By ‘Prayer’ I mean YOGA. They go into very deep levels within minutes. Yet they say they are not happy with their practices. The reason is not known to them. After entering into the silent zone they are afraid of their solitude. Entering into unknown is good – but they are not aware of their Self. That’s the problem with them. THAT IS THE TIME FOR THE ENTRY OF A GURU. THEN A REAL GURU IS NEEDFUL. HE ALONE CAN GIVE A PUSH UPWARD. HE ALONE CAN ENLIGHTEN THE PATH AND MAKE YOUR ‘SELF’ MOVE. Here observation is very essential. Ecstatic people totally forget observation and dissolve in nothingness. Those who keep with their awareness proceed further in observation. They can find their self in good stead.

PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT FIND GOOD RESULTS slip away from practice. They lose all seriousness towards yoga. Instead of rectifying their faults, they approach some other Guru. This is a New Yoga (MASTER”S YOGA). It should not be mixed or compared with any other system or meditation. The old knowledge is not helpful in this line. I doubt 99 percent of Master Yoga fraternity are mixing this system with other traditions. So, they could not obtain full results. The defect is not in the system, it is in our practice. If we are sincere, a link with the Master will be established. If you want to have a fastened link with the Master, take shelter under the Guidance of an experience Sadhaka in the line. Accept him as your Guru. Nothing wrong in it. It will be easy to practice yoga with the help of a Guru.

YOU ARE IN. You are initiated into Yoga line. You are immediately forbidden all religious commitments. YOU SHOULD BECOME IRRELIGIOUS. NO WORSHIPS, NO PUJAS, NO VISITING TEMPLES, DARSHANS, RIVER BATHS. YES, you are cut off from the past habits and customs. YOUR OWN FRIENDS AND RELATIVES MAY QUESTION UR ETHICS. THEY MAY EVEN LABEL U AS AN ATHEIST. YOU MUST HAVE GUTS TO SAY “IAM ABOVE GOD. I DON’T NEED ANY HELP FROM ANY GOD. IAM INDEPENDENT”.
