Peace start with you and me
With you and me
The love and peace is spreading
The essence of human being is love and peace
The secret is to be truthful within
Free yourself from limitations
Purify your mind and thoughts
Find peace in your heart and soul
Be wise, be good, and practise selfless service
Peace arise with kindness
Love grows in peaceful hearts

Each one of us dwell in a house filled with God
All of us have responsibility towards each other
God said; love one another

Ocean, rivers, you and me springs from the same source
We are brother and sisters,
We are mother and fathers
We are one – oneness

Let us unit in speech, mind and heart
Let us do well towards all living things
Let us for one day live in the here and now moment
Find the stillness and peace within, spread it outwards
Let this one day become 364 days filled with peace

With love and peace
With deep understanding and respect

Peace & love will grow in perfect harmony amongst us

Let’s give peace a chance.

Love, light and peace, Monica

How to make peace.......

By being an example for our surroundings, children, friends, by doing selfless service, volantary work, peace work, by spreading love, light and peace always........

To make peace we also have to be peace, so we have to start with ourselves first.......

What is peace to you? Do you mean be a good person? If so, what is 'good' to you? Do you mean be loving? If so, what does love mean to you? What is it to be kind? Compassionate? How can a self be selfless?

Our conceptual ideas of what is most needed swirl about us all and we attach to our favorites and define them according to our understanding.

Sometimes peace is not what is needed. Goodness sometimes carries the weight of self righteousness and judgment. Need and expectation often carry the gaudy banner of love. Kindness is usually a demand for reciprocation, and compassion is most often commiseration.

All of it becomes our own personal lessons as we explore the reasons for our failure to accept What Is.

Peace to me.......

Peace to me is Right view (understanding, attitude) Right aim (intention, resolve, motive or thought) Right speech (not lying, slandering or gossiping) Right action (or conduct) Right livelihood (means of living) Right effort Right mindfulness (awareness of things as they are) Right concentration (contemplation, meditation)

Peace has to be found inside first and foremost. Change is the only thing that changes, and to change something, you have to be that change……

But what if all this does not come sincerely from the heart?

I once thought that in such case the result would be internal conflict and further turmoil but found out that with positive deeds even if it does not truly come from the heart still do it and it will convert your heart.

It is like with praying, in the beginning you do not feel connected to the text but some inexplicable magic happens when you continue...

One important thing to remember: do not deny or condemn the part in you that may not connect to these loving deeds, be aware to this part and do not react out of it...

With heart....

All we do have to be done with heart, and if we talk peace, that should reflect our true being. I belive in that in order to do, I have to be, so the saying: Walk the talk is for me what I do.
