Seven years back when I was asleep, I could realize that I was aware that I was asleep. I could hear my own snoring. That night when I woke up, I had binocular vision. All the things seemed three dimensional, or more than that, they seemed fourth dimensional.

Later on a Christmas morning. I had a strange experience. It seemed I was struck with lightening. I could feel thousands of volts of energy was flowing through me. I was simply lying on my bed shivering with that energy flow. I couldn’t tell whether it was painful or blissful. But, as I have already read about kundalini experiences, I was not afraid, I simply let it go. Only my newly married wife and her parents were afraid, fearing what happened to me. My wife thought I went mad.

Then I started getting a strange experience called synchronicity. Whatever I think will be expressed outside in the real world. If I think, ‘This is absurd!’, next page I turn in the newspaper will have a heading, ‘This is absurd!’ If I think I am turning forty two this birthday, the next hoarding I see on the road will show 42. Whether what we think is expressed outside or what expressed outside is experienced inside, there is coherence, similarity between both.

Patanjali mentions two types of waves. One is time wave and another is experience wave. When both these waves unite together, it becomes wonderful.

After that I started getting early morning feeding from my divine sources and I started writing many books. Recently I have started giving lectures on Patanjali Yoga, recording and publishing as DVDs.

Coincidences

"Then I started getting a strange experience called synchronicity. Whatever I think will be expressed outside in the real world."

I get those often, too. Sometimes dramatic. It happens a work. I could give many examples, but I don't want to bore you.

I have much to say about this, but will try to keep from "rambling."

1) Your post above is a "Synchronicity" for me. I've been wanting to write a post like what you wrote, but didn't because I was afraid. I then hoped someone else would. And woila! There is your post bravely mentiontion "synchronicity" and "coincidences."

2) I call these "Wayne Dyer Moments." In one of his talks he mentioned a synchronicity with "needle nosed pliers." He said his Guru said that these things happen when one meditates. They started when I started meditating.

3) Eckart Tolle actually give a technique--one I use to induce these "coincidences." To paraprase Tolle, he said that when abiding in Being, situations becomes friendly, and helpful, coincidences happen." I believe him. I site the actual text and page in private if you'd like.

4) One of my favorite quotes from Jesus says, "Your Heavenly Father knows all that you need; Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, and His Holiness, and all these this will be added besides."

My translation: "Being (Brahman, Pure Consciousness,
your True Nature, Quantum Field, Holy Spirit, The Tao, I AM, or any name you choose to name That Which Cannot Be Named...) knows what you (your ego) needs. Abide in I AM, and things happen. Synchronistically, coincidentally, magically." As Eckart Tolle also said.

5) Meditation does this for me. Specifically, the practice of Inner Body awareness, every moment, moment by moment, driving, listening to someone, looking at the trees, listening to chants, seems to help induce these helpful coincidences.

6) Typically, I simply allow what happens to happen. I don't have any specific outcome in mind. Sometimes, yes.. we all do..that's why we Pray. I have a theoretical technique--which I play with, of actually having an intention and then seeing it, or something close enough, happen in reality. I can share this with your in private if you wish. In short, a very oversimplification: "Make a wish. Still mind."

But I'm not so limited as to stick to one exact technique. I mainly do what allows me to abide in Being, and allow the Good to come what may.

But still, sometimes it's fun to "play."

I suspect that if you can "access the source code, you can manipulate reality to some extent."

Thank you for your post above. I've been waiting for it.

If anyone has any issue with my post...please don't read it. Simply move on. It may not be for you.

Thank you Quantum for

Thank you Quantum for sharing your experiences. Yes, the Kundalini awakening happens automatically without following any particular exercise, without your awareness. You have mentioned two things you want to share privately: you can write to: agapuram@gmail.com

Kundalini Awaking?

How cool. I barely know what that is. I was primarily intrigued by the the coincidences and synchronicities you said you are also having. Notice I didn't say anything about Kundalini because I don't really know what that is other than something about "serpent power", "Energy rising up and down teh spine." Not really something I can relate to at the moment. I prefer the simplistic, "Abide in God".. or "Abide in Me".. or "The Tao", or "Being"...through whatever tool allows that.

And then good seems to come what may. But always acknowledged with much praise and gratitude on my part.

So...that Kundalini thing you mentioned--are you suggesting I had some Kundalinia awaking thing going on? Is that a good thing? If so....How Cool!

Meditation gives these symptoms

These are common symptoms. I get most of them simply from meditation per se except of the leveraging them into books, DVDs and lectures. Aren't there enough books and DVDs? It is a preliminary phase, don't stop here, don't let the ego try to exploit what you achieve.

Thank you Jasmin for your comment and advice. Yes, one should not stop here. These experiences happened some seven years ago. I have grown out of that stage. That's why I am sharing them here. I have a lot more experiences that I can't share. Because I have not grown out of them.

Kundalini Thing

This site only allowed me to post 4 posts per day. So, I lost much of what I had in mind to post as a reply over the weekend.

COINDENCES: I can relate.

KUNDALINI thing: This "shivering" and physical sensations thing makes me think of these stage hypnotists I've heard about who take volunteers on stage. Supposedly they put the volunteers under hypnosis, and make them do things and experience sensations. For example, the hypnotist might say to the hypnotized person, "I will touch your arm with a 'hot metal object" and then he may place his finger on the persons arm, and the person's arm would react and blister in reaction to the perceived "hot metal object."

Point: The subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between what is "real" and what is imagined. And when the subconscious believes that a "hot metal object" is really placed in the persons skin, the skin blisters. Even though in actually, there is no "hot metal object." There is only the finger of the hypnotist touching the hypnotized volunteers skin. I've never seen this, but I can believe it.

Something similar would be the "Placebo effect." I'm sure you've heared of it.

Here, I can do it to you. Try this. Imagine you and I are standing in the kitchen. I am slicing a yellow lemon into lemon wedges. I pick one up, and I hand it to you. I ask you to bite into it, and suck on the lemon juices...without an salt..LOL.

See? Your mouth reacted. Your mouth watered. Although this was all imagined.

That's what the "Kundalini" business brings to my mind.

On coincidences...

“When you enter this timeless dimension of the present, change often comes about in strange ways without the need for a great deal of doing on your part. Life becomes helpful and cooperative.” -Power of Now p. 131-132

“When you yield internally, when you surrender, a new dimension of consciousness opens up. If action is possible or necessary, your action will be in alignment with the whole and supported by creative intelligence, the unconditioned consciousness which in a state of inner openness you become one with. Circumstances and people then become helpful, cooperative. Coincidences happen.” - A New Earth, p. 38

More..one from Zen, some from Jesus

"Sitting quietly,
doing nothing,
Spring comes.
And the grass
Grows by itself"

-A Zen saying

"Your Heavenly (The Tao, Brahman, Realm of Pure Potentiality, Your True Nature, God, Quantum Field, Divinity, The Whole One) knows all that you need. Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven (abide in The Tao, Brahman, Realm of Pure Potentiality, Your True Nature, etc, etc.) and everything else will be added unto you (magical coincidences, synchronicities) besides.

-Matthew 6:33

"Look how the flowers grow. They do not reap or sow, yet Not even solomon was arrayed as one of these."

-Matthew 6:28

"You are troubled and worried about too many things. Only one (abiding in The Tao, Your True Nature, Brahman, Quantum Field, Realm of Pure Potentiality, The Whole One, God) is necessary.

Luke 10:41

And last but not least: The entire Tao Te Ching, and the concept of wei-wu-wei

(Disclaimer: As usual, I only post book quotes, and personal feelings, on this forum. The actual working techniques of the "How" which are incidentally also never explained in church, nor by other so called religious experts are best kept private. Or shared in private discussion only, with those you trust. lol)

Nothing...or, better yet, don't know.

I still don't really know what Kundalini is. It just makes me thing of shaking all over the body. That's all it seems to be.

What intrigued me most about the original post was his comments about "coincidences" which are more meaningful and practical to me, specially as they apply while in the office and "things tend to work out", "issues" seem to dissolve, and just all around...luck seems to keep happening.

So, whatever helps make my life better is more important to me than "shaking all over my body." I don't know what good that is, other than to talk about how much one shaked and shivered.
