Why and what?

With the inflation of spiritual books nowadays, what's the uniqueness of this specific book? In what it differs from all the others?

Can you give some appetizing quotes that will make me do the effort to download it?

And what is nath?

I was actually impressed by this free online work. Having only skimmed though it and reading a up on the biography of the author and a few topics, I'm sure I will give it further investigation. Lots of useful and very detailed information on things given in the perspective indicative of a detached monk. No BS literary style to market an ego, just information and insights in an ordered and detailed manner on various things such as meditative postures, yogic postures and insights for meditative attitude. Makes for a great resource book.

Thumbs up

Adesh B-friend
Glad you liked the book. And that you see it as a resource.
As the 1st chapter states, the idea is to treat it not in a linear way but to go here & there like a bee.
Yogi Suraj Nath would be pleased to hear from you if you feel like writing.
