Did you find this? :)

yes I did

There are also PM's you know :)

Your energy subliminally influences the whole universe. This is why I believe that coming back to the awareness of presence is so important :)

Cars are especially interesting when it comes to working with energy as they most often symbolise our masculine ego aspects.

LOL.. Impressive!

Hey, you're pretty good!

Yes, about the PM's, but this way others can chime in and contribute. The more the merrier. And I'm here to learn.

Glad you found this. :) I am impressed indeed.

"Cars are especially interesting when it comes to working with energy as they most often symbolise our masculine ego aspects."

Yes. And a theory I play with is that anything we are intimately connected with, becomes somehow resonated with our energy in some way, and can absorbe our stress.

My latest working idea these last few days is "Karma." I find it easier to work with on a practical level than the notion of "sin" that I grew up with.

Karma has unfortunately been

Karma has unfortunately been associated with the concept of sin as a sort of replacement, but it still follows the dualistic aspects of good and evil.

My understanding of Karma is very, very different. Karma has no morals and doesn't function dualistically. It is simply a mechanism of action and consequence, of which there is no judgment, simply an outcome.

The judgment is purely in our minds.

That's how I see it too.

But, I didn't really thing Karma was actually intended to replace "sin". I thought that was my own interpretation.

But your understanding of it an mine seem the same.

Praytell, how do you apply it in every situations?

Thanks

Was able to watch it.

I looked him up in Wikipedia. And read through one of his spiritual guidelines.

One was:
"To treat others as you would like to be treated yourself."

While my goal is ultimately and simply just stress management (i.e. so no more costly "popping things") that's basically the gist of my own philosophy. Simple as that. Just that. Seems practical to me. The rest (i.e. whatever sensations, intuitions, insights, philosophies, altered states, imaginings, might come thru meditation practice) I merely indulge in for entertainment.

Simplicity.

Namaste

Definitely

Simplicity is the key. The rest is distraction.

Dealing with anger

Quantum,

This Satsang deals with the theme of anger and how to work through it:

Intuitiion, empathy, insights

Are intuition, empathy, and insights, more mental noise? Distractions?

When intuition levels rise, or insights come up, I've started asking this question: "Does this reduce my stress level?"

If this answer is "No", I ignore the intuition and the insight as more worthless trick of the mind...a distraction.

If an empathy for another human being arises, I allow myself to say the right words, or do the right thing, to bring consolation and to help that person raise their energy level. To make them feel better. Any excess remaining empathy that isn't converted to helping another human, or sentient being, or whatever, I ignore as merely worthless tricks of the mind...distractions.

Everything that happens inside our heads is a distraction is it not?
