"Relax into
this moment.

Not your idea
of this moment
but into feeling
what is here
beyond thinking.

Keep your body still
and really feel
the sensation
of being alive
in this moment.

Let go of all ideas
of what it might feel like
or what you know it feels like
and actually experience
fresh and new
the feeling of being alive
in this very moment.

Allow thinking to be as it is.
There is no pushing anything away,
but rather just relax into
what is here
without interpretation.

You can see these
two different experiences,
the experience of this moment
interpreted by your mind
and the experience of this moment
without interpretation
but directly felt,
directly experienced
free from the mind.

If you can really give
your attention
to feeling what is here
beyond the thinking
then you will begin
to awaken to your natural state
of peace, bliss and love.

You will begin to feel the
difference between
the controlled, separate
and stressful experience
of the mind,
and the natural experience
of freedom
expressed as being
alive in this moment.
