To control hair fall, mix ripe banana pulp with yoghurt. Apply this paste on your hair and wash it off with cold water after 30 minutes.
Take 2 ripe bananas, one avocado and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. Whip it in a blender to make a smooth mask. Apply this creamy mask to the scalp and wash it off after 30 minutes. This hair mask will alleviate scalp itchiness and dryness.

It's funny what you wrote in 2 aspects:

(1) What bananas and your text about banans got to do with spirituality? This is a spiritual website as far as I know.

(2) Bananas are known by research as not that healthy fruit and thus should be consumed moderately. Furthermore, most of your arguments are not supported by any research and so are equaly valid as the opposite arguments. Also, what you wrote can be said about many other types of food.
