Un forgiveness is the poison you drink every day
hoping that the other person will die.

not forgiving yourself

I think the real poisoned unforgiveness is the one regarding yourself - not forgiving yourself. And the consequence is unconsciously fearing the punishment - fearing that oneself will die.

truly realizing the nature of people

Instead of artificially resist the resentment and unforgiveness, it is best to start with just accepting your resentment and unforgiveness if they are already there.

You can really transcend these inflictive emotions and be able to totally forgive whoever about whatever only after you truly realize the nature of people, not intellectually but genuine realization, not necessarily a radical realization, not one based on a hypothesis, a simple one will suffice - that all evil others do must originate from their suffering within.

A happy new year

Happiness deep down within.
Serenity with each sunrise.
Success in each facet of your life.
Family beside you.
Close and caring friends.
Health, inside you.
Love that never ends.
Special memories of all the yesterdays.
A bright today with much to be thankful for.
A path that leads to beautiful tomorrows.
Dreams that do their best to come true.
Appreciation of all the wonderful things about you.
