there are several aspects to the experience.for five days one was awake with 4-5 hrs sleep altogether.no fatigue at all.what was important THE CONCIOUSNESS,WITNESSING AND AWARENESS DID NOT WAVER EVEN FOR A MOMENT,EVEN DURING SLEEP.many astral experiences eversince.many masters eversince.many divine knowledge experiences eversince.i am a meditator since past twenty years;wont fool myself.the sushumna gets activated almost at will eversince.the magnitude and multi levelness of the experience shattered all boundries...my guru got me back or rather, reclaimed me...

Have you noticed that things have become more familiar, familiar in the very basic sense; that whatever you perceive is more alive; some kind of feeling that is impossible to be conveyed in words but is still very distinctive?

Beloved, I'm not talking about the overwhelming love and bliss that currently are so robust and are indeed integral in it. I think I understand what you mean and I feel from distance your wonderful and strong energy that pours so beautifully, so beautifully. Please try to concentrate and focus on the following issue if you can: do you notice a sense of familiarity in every moment? Beyond the current celebration and joy, do you feel a sense of simple familiar aliveness. I will unfold later the reason for my question. Promise.

Thanks and a lot of love.

Beloved Soulmate,Is it a

Beloved Soulmate,Is it a fleeting experience or something that happens as a state of being, even if for sometime. In the later case, believe me,this IS love. This simplicity and familiarity of the magical alivineness has tremendous depth. You are going deeper and deeper into the moment. All I am saying is , this talk about the gap etc which seems so loud is actually about something that is most subtle and simple.I am saying all this as a friend on the same path, not as some kind of authority on the subject. So please correct me if you think I am wrong. With me,this simple aliveness did happen and it did bloom.Magnificantly!Be a Witness to the play of energies. Please dont concentrate and focus, rather,I suggest, let go and melt into this aliveness. Improving your awareness about the energy vortices called chakras, would help. The base energies, trapped at the chakras get transformed into higher spiritual energies with increasing awareness. All of this and more would be one single integral experience. This sense of simple familiar aliveness is the gap thru' which many beautiful dimensions would unfold.Promise.

Please share with me 'you and Avatar Maher Baba'...

gap or weakened mind?

I don't think what shira mentions is the gap - in the gap you are not supposed to be conscious of anything, you realize that you were in the gap only in retrospective. The vivdness of the moment, i think, is due to the weakening of the mind like after a long meditation session for example.

jivanabhinav - can you share the details of what exactly happened when your state was changed? not the feeling but whether you did something, when and where did it happen etc...

Ah This...

If meditation is to be a form of concentration then overdoing it might 'crack' the mind. For me,meditation is simply a state of non-conceptualizing awareness and witnessing.During the experience that I had, several several things happened. On physical level it was a perpetual high,an unparalled bliss. But whether I did anything strange,I dont 'think' so.I am sure all and everything happened in a different dimension,a different space, light.
Just awareness,isness,Light...Even using the mind eversince became freewill...
