It is for everyone of us to think:
How one is able to operate himself as a person and perceives the world?
When physical body is not the experiencer of the physical body then what is it that experiences the physical body and perceives the world as a person?
Why the world ceases to exit without the perceiver?
Such doubts will lead the seekers towards the source of the mind.
Therefore doubting on the right line is very much necessary in pursuit of truth.

doubts are processes of the mind

Doubt is a state of mind, an intellectual process of the mind, a process of negation. Therefore, if not practiced in moderation, it will just strengthen the mind.

Secondly, negation is exactly the same as affirmation, just opposite directions, exactly same energy and essence so it doesn't matter much if one negates of affirms everything.
