From Big Bang to BIG BANG

What an amazing story, this journey of evolution...from unconsciousness to consciousness, from sound asleep to sound awake...the journey evolving and unfolding.. a caterpillar emerging as a butterfly, a human being coming home again. The seed is planted... it's all happening regardless of any "spiritual" input, happening completely by itself. Why not just surrender and allow the journey to run it's course? Surrendering to existence as it presents itself from moment to moment...isn't that enough? Why trying so hard to speed up the journey? Why not let the universe do the driving, allow the dream to run out of steam... My first teacher always said: "Accept, adapt, accomodate...bear insult, bear injury...highest Yoga". He said, if we forget everything we ever heard of Yoga, it doesn't matter, as long as we remember those few words.

Bearing

"bear insult, bear injury"

The highest yoga is when there's nobody there to bear anything, when we don't *need* to bear things anymore and can be at peace. That's being smarter than the average 'bear' ;-).

"Accept, adapt, accommodate" is excellent, tho. Live actively, live from moment to moment, not in time.
