You are nothing

You take yourself to be something.
But in reality, you are nothing.
This is the hardest thing to accept since you are left with nothing to hold, not even with the one that holds, not even with a center.
And then only irritating unbearable emptiness remains. When this unbearableness turns into serenity, not even bliss, just quietness, then you know that the last remains of you mind have gone, but then you are not there anymore to know it.
