There is a Catch22 to the Drug Cartels that the movie “Generation RX” avoids like a plague.

There is a Catch22 to all drugs, but especially all the Pharmaceutical drugs whose side-effects make the so called street-drugs of organized-crime look like candy.

The Pharmaceutical Cartels are the “real” Drug Cartels because they do something that Organized Crime could never imagine: Drug Companies not only control ALL RESEARCH but they define it to literally manipulate the meaning of not only “illness” but “mental-illness” to make billions on their drugs .. they can do this very easily because their money not only pays for ALL research... but owns the FDA and also the FTC.

For these real Drug Cartels drugs deliberately create EVERY degree and kind of human misery and suffering, organ failure, cancer.... life and death for a Catch22 of pure profit : hundreds of billions – whose small change pays the mere millions to bribe every researcher, politician, professor, professional, bureaucrat... even judges in the world.

All drugs have a few side-effects that apparently help, cure, and endless side-effects that can commonly cause an internal misery and suffering that can be so intense that sometimes only physical pain-torture can make it feel good.

But in a Catch22: the real misery just starts after the drug is stopped – the real misery that is routinely worse than any side-effects is called “withdrawal.”
The side-effects of drugs are just the <10% tip of this Catch22 iceberg, because the >90% Real problem is their “withdrawal.”
The brain adapts to drugs – it becomes wired to/for drugs. Once the brain is wired for drugs it cannot rewire itself to work very well without drugs. The body/brain's mostly futile attempts to rewire itself to work without drugs is called “withdrawal.”

The body adapts to everything – relatively quickly, even side-effects.
Once it adapts to a drug the body goes into a withdrawal when the (any) drug is stopped.
Because the brain cannot rewire itself after it has been wired for drugs -- the withdrawal is often endless and happens slowly and sometimes suddenly even months after the drug is stopped. These withdrawals are routinely >90% far worse than any <10% side-effects the drugs originally caused.
