The mind is tricky. It's time to pay it back with the same kind of tricks it is playing on us. You will find this approach as very efficient in neutralizing the mind. It is simple, yet explosive!

People who think themselves to be in a position to air their knowledge forget one basic fact, namely that they go by mere appearances.

I encounter "consciousness" and "awareness" quite often in texts and I am not sure I fully grasp the pricse meaning and difference between these two central terms.

Be skeptic and suppress all consequent fears. Or believe and face the residues of fear with trust.

Other combinations may lead to insanity.

It occurred to me yesterday that it is very unlikely that something like God exists.

The main idea is about whether there is such an entity with consciousness.

It is a common question I hear, but you can not battle the ego. It is the ego (me) that would be fitting the ego.

I've heard ego-loss described before as "life without a center", and some folks seem to have the notion that enlightenment is a case of a 'missing me', the disappearance of our sense of presence.

The word 'energy' is bandied about so much these days. And it's highly relevant as it underlies life. It's important to also understand that there are different kinds of energy. Metabolic energy is what we use to fuel the physical body. There's psychic, emotional and mental energy. Then there's healing energy.

Even if we were to understand Reiki purely on energetic terms, the distinction still needs to be made that Reiki is spiritual energy, or rather a way to tap into it. What might that be? It's the all-encompassing, overarching common denominator.

Energy is undeniable and there is an energetic manifestation of Reiki. Before that aspect can be experienced and effective, however, a subtler causal level acts as a backdrop.

This backdrop is nondual consciousness. Nothing has separated or differentiated from it yet. It is One and all-pervading. This consciousness has no distinctions of subject/object, mind/matter, words/concepts, or space/time.

To know being,

Be without knowing.

This world is common,

Accessible to all.

Give up everything.

Just be, without being this or that.

You can do this anytime you want.
