When one try to search the source of the suffering it leads him towards the truth[self] realization.

It is evident that the physical body is mere apparatus within the experince of duality[mind]. The physical body is completely dependent on the formless entity.

The purpose of self inquiry is not theorizing, but to get the un-contradicted truth, which lies beyond all the theories.

The very absence of Waking and dream[mind] gives the sense of everlasting peace, which everyone unconsciously experince it, as deep sleep.

Subject--object relation has to be determined not within the experince of duality[waking and dream].But between the experince of duality and its formless witness.

Those who base their physical based theories, thinking physical body itself as self, are prisoners in the experience of duality.

Waking is as real as dream. One has to analyze the three states, not the individual experince happens in the dream and waking. The individual experiences are part of the illusion.

It is better to bifercate religion, mysticism and yoga from spirituality. Since spirituality is based on the formless entity. Religion,mysticism and yoga are based on the physical entity.

Attachment to the true self, and detachment from experince of diversity is the key to freedom and salvation.

Until and unless the seeker realizes the fact that 'I' is not the self, he bound to remain in the clutches of experince of duality.
