You cannot force somebody else to understand you.

You cannot take responsibility for him nor you need to.

You try your best to explain and either he will understand or not. Now or some day.

MMMM, I am the manifestation of god almighty and only I. You are nothing. But you have this opportunity to learn from my words. Therefore listen to me carefully with no trace of vanity.

There is a certain kind of people whom when I am in company, my mind gets crazy. It starts switching rapidly in a chaotic stream of endless short noisy nervous jumpy pieces of thoughts.

People who think themselves to be in a position to air their knowledge forget one basic fact, namely that they go by mere appearances.

Switch rapidly between belief and skepticism and see what the results are.

A few years ago, I took a 10-day Vipassana course. At the end of the retreat, I have noticed a surprising strange phenomenon: Some "hardcore" senior Vipassana meditators which evidently seemed during the retreat as truly advanced, as soon as the official retreat ended and thus talking started, they happened to switch immediately to unconscious behavior with their egos inflated to monstrous propositions.

Close your eyes and observe for some time the tip of your nose for any sensations. Just observe and feel the place, just be there.

I want to scream it so loud that everybody will hear it but people are not listening:

The way to happiness is so simple -

Observing emotions and sensations is relatively easy -

They are lying there in time so you have the option to decide when you will observe them. After all, they are here to stay, where do they have to run to?
