I take off the mask because I wanted to express who I really am, warts and all, strengths and weaknesses, beauty and imperfections.

What are these masks we wear?

If you think of yourself as being depressed, you remain depressed. If you think of yourself as being unhappy, you remain unhappy.

Everything – the good and bad, pleasure and pain, approval and disapproval, achievements and mistakes, fame and shame – all come and go.

Take a look at an apple tree. There might be five hundred apples on the tree and each apple has ten seeds. That's a lot of seeds!

The Jewish concept that GOD IS THE JUDGE is of great importance. It means that NO MAN HAS THE AUTHORITY TO JUDGE. Judgment should be left in God's hands.

1. TODAY I WILL NOT STRIKE BACK...

If someone is rude, if someone is impatient, if someone is unkind, I will not respond in a like manner.

2. TODAY I WILL ASK GOD TO BLESS MY 'ENEMY'...

Sometimes people come into your life.
And you know right away they were meant to be there.
They serve some sort of purpose, Teach you a lesson,

Once upon a time, the colors of the world started to quarrel: all claimed that they were the best, the most important, the most useful, the favorite.

Why should we "Be Good and Do Good"? What will happen if we are not so? Being good and doing good will give us peace of mind. Without peace of mind, we will not enjoy what we achieve in life.

There's magic in behaving the way we want to be, even though we don't yet feel it. The behavior seems to lead the way. The attitude, the mental state, follows.
