Why all these confusion

Scriptures first create confusion and then explain. Why,all these details about ego,intellect,creation,creator? Has, anyone seen the true self or spirit by practicing religion and worshiping god or practicing yoga? Do they really exist when the seeker becomes aware and realizes the true self or non dual spirit.All these confusions are conceptual divisions invented by teachers of philosophy by their excessive analysis. Where all these concept end? why confusion should be created and explain that way?

CONFUSION

There is no confusion.
As you said about questioning first and then answering later.
It is only in UPNISHADS,where a seeker ask to a GURU questions and then THE GURU reply for the same.
second it is also possible that when a GURU was a seeker ,then these were the questions of HIM itself, and now after being a self realised one HE has written all this for the benifit of others.
And last what is conclusion/concept of this? the answer is to tell the other seekers that what is truth and it can only be attained from a living GURU
