The ignorance arises from two fold cause,first is duality the second is one has a desire to remain in duality. Having known the invisible substance and witness of the in which the experience of duality appears and disappears; seeking mind need not run about as a restless being. Though the experience of duality appears to be different from Ataman, in essence they are one and the same. Same way as ice is not different from water.

It is no use of reading one book to another, and moving from one place to another, meeting one teacher to another, it is high time for the seeker first to sit in one place adopt one teaching go to the root realize the truth and reject the untruth. For this a yardstick is needed that is the seeker has to know what is truth and what is untruth on first hand intellectually. Then by constant reflecting on the nature of the true self by inquiry,analysis and reasoning seeker will be able to have firm conviction in order to have realization of the self.

for this seeker has to accept unconditionally the F.S teaching without mixing with his accumulate dross. by fully focusing on F.S teaching with intense urge he will be able train the mind to view and judge worldview on the base of the true self.
