There is an invisible yet no less profound sense of order that connects and binds and governs the whole experience of duality. As a person perceiving the world one tend to be wholly observed in the worldly life and business believing the individual experience as reality, and he is seldom aware of the truth of his own existence.
It usually takes crisis for one to look beyond the limitation of the physical wisdom and surrender himself to the formless non dual substance of the mind or duality which the Ataman or spirit, is the true self. Sensing and grasping the invisible substance and witness of the mind or duality is the beginning of the spiritual journey.
