How to cope with fear?

Someone asked me:

Too much fear is sprouting, what to do?

My answer was:

Fear sprouting is a great luck. In most people, fear is well concealed and therefore hard to be traced.

There is only one wise thing to do with fear: to watch fear, accept it and then to ignore it (not to dwell in it). One penetrative look is enough for it.

And most importantly: make sure to never have fear of fear, never be afraid of fear itself, and if you find yourself already fearing the fear then accept this fear of the fear also.

Meet it

My guru says, "Meet your fear."

So I tried it...the strangest thing happened. My fear devoured my pain. Is that absurd? Now that I understand it better, not really. Fear is energy interpreted as fear. It wanted to do something...turned out it wanted to rid me of stored pain.

I liked what you said, "Fear sprouting is a great luck." If found that to be true.

Very good, Gilana

You went through it and came out the other side.

Yes, as I see it, on a practical level, it is just an energetic body sensation that if you feel fully, without labeling, without adding a story to it, it can dissipate. Just like any other sensation we might call emotion.

Strange thing happened the other day...the same sensation I labeled "love" disappeard too.

What the *!&?& ???

Fear of fear

I suspect that there is a silent reflexive evolution of emotions when the feeling is not conscious: first we feel the core feeling, for example fear. We are so traumatized and hopeless as a result of feeling it unconsciously and so in an uncontrollable way that we fear the feeling of the underlying emotion, i.e. we fear the fear and so on. Sometimes we fear the fear of the fear...

The same happens with pleasurable emotions like love. We love feeling love and so on.

Many people I meet who are sure they have a fear of something actually have a fear of the fear itself resulting in a stronger repression of the feelings.

Energy protection

Please allow me to post this question here, it may have something to do with how to deal with fear...don't know.

Energy Vampires. How to protect one's energy from them?

Please tell me how you use the "White light" and "Shielding." And have you had a helpful experience using white light and shielding? Are they effective?

Love yourself more and more and more

According to me: Don't. Concentrate on yourself, loving, tending to, caring for yourself. Make sure you do eveything every moment that will further your own self love.
Fill yourself up, then overflow with love.

Let the vampires take what they can...an overflowing pot of water can afford to feed the grass it sits on.

Wiser than you realize

Yes...

...intuition, inner guru, guarduan Angels, Spirit Guides, God, or my own subconscious mind accessing universal mind during moments of quite revealved that same concept to me.

I noticed while passing people during my walks along the trail, that "protection with white light shielding" comes from a space of "fear and separation." I noticed too that those who are not coming from a space of "fear" or "separation" -- including myself when I am in a better place--no not need defensive shielding. Strenghthening defensive shielding only intensifies the notion of "fear" and most specially "separation."

Unity....another word for it is "love"....can indeed feed the grass it sits on.

Because when I am Quantum....in those spacious moments when I am not Quantum's Ego...everything is Me. There is no fear of any aspect of me, because it is all a created of my own perception.

Cheers. Love your words.

I don't know - I have a

I don't know - I have a pretty swelled head and sometimes I'm as crazy as they come. Just ask anybody. And, as we all know, anybody can talk a good game when no challenge is offered or met, no real spirituality of any kind. It's all imagination until you do it. Answers are easy.

My Master says: it's not in the words - it's the silence behind the words. If it wasn't your wisdom operating, you wouldn't hear anything.

Cheers and namaste.

You're not the one...

...I get some crazy thoughts too. Check these out.

First, my best of the best:

"Sleep is more effective and practical than Spirituality. Several nights in a row of good sleep is even better."

"I'm not interested in Spirituality. I want something practical--stress management. That's why I meditate. To manage stress."

Spirituality has not practical value.

Just look around at "Spritual countries"...and compare them to teh West where Materialism and practicality is the norm.

Who has cleaner air and better roads? Kinda makes you wanna go....hmmmmm.......

And where does every one want to be? In the west, of course.

Just my humble opinion.

Anyway.. got get my nine hours of sleep.

Night.

:)
