Fear, Pressure, Worries - the sacred trinity of miserable quality of life which unnoticeably has become a norm for almost everyone.

Life is not worth a one second more if there is fear, pressure, worries. This is the choice we have to be consciously aware of. These three silently degrade the quality of life to such a degree it is better without this life.

When there are fear, pressure, worries, there is also a strong "I" in a center that currently views reality through the perspective of these fear, pressure, worries. Without this "I" being strong right now, there cannot be fear, pressure, worries right now. Concentrate your awareness on this "I". You have the opportunity to easily track and sense it at this very moment because it is very strong and energetic right now.

Caution: as opposed to fear, pressure, worries; nervousness is not a psychological result of a neurotic "I". It is a product of the body. This is why it cannot be dealt in the same way.

effective

True. There was so much written about the causes of these three and so little that simply states their effects on our quality of life.

I think that simply stating the effects is more transformative than understanding the many different reasons (identification with the body, etc etc) because this understanding evidently does not make any change in terms of worries in people until they are truly not identified with their bodies, not the common intellectual logical realization, an experiential existential realization.

Lifestyle

Many people maintain a lifestyle of fear, pressure and worries. Why? Because they want much more money than they really need to live on, much more of everything actually.

It really takes not much at all to maintain basic food, clothing and shelter. The amount may even be below the poverty line in the U.S. If the "I" wants more than that, there's a price to pay.

Go ahead and meditate until your head falls off -- without sacrifice, giving up, surrender, spirituality that actually touches one's life is out of reach. The secret(s) to happiness have always been available... live simply, live quietly, seek nothing, stay in the moment, be 'nobody in particular', be unattached. Most people aren't interested.

The god of growth

Yes, they stem from the unnecessary chasm between have and want.

Since childhood we are brought up with the brainwash of achievement.

Our culture is based on relative value that is measured comparing to others and to us as we were before.

Our economy is based on relative value called growth that is measured comparing to others and to us as we were before.

It is astonishing to see very wealthy people that are nervous to have more.

All these are based on the forgetfulness of the fact that we are all going to die, leave alone possible metaphysical doctrines of the soul.

Therefore: remember always that this body, mind and their medals are soon to be buried or burned.
